Ok everyone. Sit down and listen to this:

When filing bugs: first look whether it's already filed!

DO NOT FILE BUGS WITHOUT LOOKING!

FWIW it wasn't there when I started filing. I looked.

Unless Malone is not clever enough to show me bugs filed for all the
binary packages associated with the same source package, when I'm
looking at the source package's bug list.

So, when I find a bug in a binary package called `foobar', is it enough
to look through the bug list in

  https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/foobar/+bugs

or do I need to do look somewhere else?
