Please update KPackageKit in 9.10 from 0.4.1.1 to 0.4.2

Please update the version in Kubuntu 9.10 to 0.4.2, because as you can see there are 2 bugs fixed which are annoying at the moment: Fixed restart notifications and Fixed restart icon name due to name change in KDE 4.3
