Ubuntu Server Tips : the apache "a2" commands

Bug Description

You can enable apache modules using the sudo a2enmod command, and disable them using sudo a2dismod, and you can enable apache sites you've set up using sudo a2ensite, and disable them using sudo a2dissite.

Is there a way I can see what tips have been submitted to make sure I
don't duplicate? I'm a newb to launchpad.
