Bug Description

Binary package hint: gwave

1) Release : Ubuntu 9.04 amd64 build
2) gwave jaunty package (20060606-1)
3) I expect the program to work normally, at least just typing "gwave" in a terminal.
4) Gwave segfault. Here is gdb backtrace :

This is caused by a missing dependency on guile-gnome2-gtk. gwave runs fine with it installed.

It's good news that the bug is fixed in Ubuntu's next release!
But for the time being, is there a way to make gwave work in stable Ubuntu Jaunty? Will this guile-gnome2-gtk packaged be backported to Jaunty?

I tried to built gwave from the latest source, but helas, without success.

Thank you,
