Bug Description

Binary package hint: flashplugin-installer

Hello. It seems that for some reason the flash plugin doesn't use ALSA as default but instead prefers OSS. The way pulseaudio is behaving at the moment, it is more like a feature than a bug but I would expect the flashplugin to have ALSA as default.

For me this is a bug because I have to use OSS4 due to driver issues. OSS4 doesn't suspend, which means that I have to route sound through pulseaudio to work round this. Not doing so leads to various problems.
