Same thing here with the 9.10beta. Every time I want to do an upgrade, inform fails. Think we have to uninstall it till this problem is fixed?

Still affecting me with the latest version of the package... Is there anything I can do to help?

The detailed error message says: "The alternative path /usr/bin/inform-6.31 does not exist" (maybe not exactly this way, I'm translating from French).

If I create the file manually and reinstall the package, it does not show any error.
