A new cleaner for gPodder. Tested with BleachBit 0.6.0 and gPodder 0.14.0 on Ubuntu 9.04.

Committed in SVN revisions 779, 780. Please note currently gpodder can't be detected because the process name is actually '/usr/bin/python /usr/bin/gpodder' so it shows up as 'python'. Also, I added a cache cleaner.

vacuum of the db is not necessary. gpodder does this on every close. cannot speak for the cache.
