brasero doesn't normalize audio

brasero burner continuously runs normalize plug-in without moving on to the burning process. have to turn the plug-in off to burn an audio disk. the icon for brasero also gets hung up on it's icon effect feature on the avant launch bar. the effect will keep running unless up close and restart avant.

I can confirm the normalising bug, do you know if this is a problem with the Ubuntu Jaunty base? If it is I can forward it upstream to get it fixed.

Not sure. I have xubuntu on another pc and will try it on it.

Hello Philip,
Just tested our theory on Xubuntu and a gOS live disk with the same results, so I think it's safe to say that it is in the Ubuntu base system.

This has apparently been fixed in upstream brasero 2.26.2 but has not yet been packaged for ubuntu, so use the workaround for now, until the update comes through.
