Please merge diggler 0.9-17(universe) from debian unstable(main)

Debian has a new version to be merged

diggler (0.9-17) unstable; urgency=low

  * install.rdf: Allow to use with any Iceweasel 3.5.x.
  * debian/control:
    + Bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.2.0. No changes needed.
    + Bumped debhelper build dependency.
  * debian/rules: Replace dh_clean -k with dh_prep.
  * debian/compat: Bumped to 7.
  * debian/copyright: Changed the path to system-wide GPL and LGPL texts
    to use a versioned one.

You haven't forwarded the homepage change to Debian. It's useless to be merging it over and over again when Debian can benefit from it. Also, I don't like the way the changelog has been organized. The update debian/* sublevels are unnecessary, and the homepage should be separate.
