rhythmbox won't import mp3 files trough smb

I am using Ubuntu 9.04 as a virtual machine under Windows Vista

although I've installed "restricted extra's" to be able to play mp3 files, Rhythmbox won't import mp3 files (files are located on a shared folder and are visible in both Windows Vista as ubuntu 9.04).

1) Ubuntu 9.04, the Jaunthy jackalope release date april 2009
2) installed version: 0.12.0-0ubuntu4
3) to import files
4) when trying to import mp3 files "import errors" occured stating "internal Gstreamer problem; file a bug"

Thanks for the report, may you please get a rhythmbox debug log? Please run rhythmbox as: rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt perform the operation to reproduce the bug and attach that resulting file to the report, thanks in advance.

it was probably duplicate from bug #273294, can other users confirm it's fixed for them as well?

Using the recently updated Rythmbox, it will now see files on a gvfs share (via SMB). It's *really* slow (when compared to using 9.10), but it does work.

Confirmed, although the speed is not stellar, it does in fact import my
music through smb.
