Bug Description
Boot from 9.04 Desktop LiveCD, it panic with black screen, and blink keyboard Caps Lock light, Scroll Lock light.
While switch to console by Alt+F1~Fx during boot process, I can see the loading process message, while panic the screen display many text message like this(write down just two lines of them):
[74.460632] [<f800c9e6>] acx_l_process_
[74.460632] [<f800ec06>] acx.pci_
And the system froze with above text message, keyborad Caps Lock light and Scroll Lock light keep blinking.
The D-Link DWL-520+ wireless PCI card use acx driver, it works fine with other Linux like Back Track 3 LiveCD.

It would be great if you could unplug the wireless PCI card and then try to boot Ubuntu.
