Bug Description
The guided partition with LVM option in the installer doesn't set the "normal" boot partition in the filter section in file /etc/lvm/lvm.conf. This seems the minimum the installer could do for you, as this partition is made by the installer itself.
This results in the following error when you execute lvm commands (at least with lvdisplay)
"Incorrect metadata area header checksum"
