Bug Description

Add Scratch 1.4 to multiverse repositories.

About Scratch:
Scratch makes it easy to program your own interactive stories, games, and animations -- and share your creations on the web. As you create and share projects with Scratch, you learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively. Scratch is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten group at the MIT Media Lab. It is available for free download from http://scratch.mit.edu

Scratch 1.4 PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~scratch/+archive/ppa

Scratch License:

Scratch 1.4 license: http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Scratch_License/License
(The software and source are available for free, with the exception of the code that interfaces with the Scratch website server, which acts as a repository for Scratch projects.)

I've shown Scratch to two colleagues at Junta de Andalucía, perhaps this gets some traction with their help (and my guidance) :) We'll see.

That's great! I notice the bug still says "multiverse" - but probably we
should qualify for universe, since Scratch has been GPL'ed? Not sure if I
should edit that / how to proceed.

Amos, thanks for all your work on this. Scratch is already in universe as universe is where new source packages go by default in Ubuntu.
