Bug Description

When simply using the operating system, if I try to open some video on firefox, or an avi video, or any other program, the operating makes brief continuous pauses until it finishes opening the application, but with videos, during the entire playback, the video makes brief pauses.

Hello,

I could reproduce this in my prior laptop, but I sold it and that's not an
issue anymore.

I think it was most likely hardware-related. I don't remember the exact
specs of that laptop, but it had an Athlon X2 Turion Processor with a
discontinued ATI video card (can't remember which it was)

The model was... Acer Extensa 5420 I think.
