Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

If someone mails me a link with apt://epiphany or whatever then that should work in evolution like it does on other apps on the desktop.

This is just apt-url support, like we have in the browser (and empathy
seems to know what to do as well), I don't mean to imply random
installation support, just pass off the url to the package manager
like the other desktop apps do.
