Create web logins for partner sites

Lars, can you create logins for the KARL sites for Chris and Shane, then email them in private the information?

This should be a quick change in the User Manager for their KARL2 sites. I need Chris/Shane to be able to see the KARL2 sites, so we can decipher some details about migration.

ZMI access to Eurasia Granted.

Waiting on a response from Jason Lantz on the User-Manager command line interface in order to grant access to the karl site itself.

Oxram Karl - Chris & Shane have access
Eurasia ZMI - Chris & Shane have access
Eurasia Karl - no-access yet.
