Update jsch to 0.1.41

A new upstream version (0.1.41) has been released. This should be included in karmic as it is required for netbeans 6.7

I just noticed that Debian experimental has 0.1.41-1 (http://packages.debian.org/source/experimental/jsch) - the only trouble is that they use some kind of maven-helper that we don't have in Ubuntu yet, so it probably doesn't make sense to merge now.

Also I made the changelog entry a bit more elaborate.
