.mov viedo is rotated 90 degrees to the left

received a viedo from a Iphone 3gs. when playing it it is rotated 90 degrees to the left. audio is good. tried various programs they were the same. tried windows XP it played correctly. have tried the mov file on another system that has version 8.10, it does the same. i have version 9.04 if necessary i can forward a copy of the file to you for further testing.

I am now using Version 10.4 and getting the same problem. attached is a copy of a video
that is causing this problem  please let me know what you find. my wife is also having the same problem with version 8.04
