VPN Connection Configuration not showing up on Network Manager

Bug Description

Ubuntu 8.04
=========

sudo apt-get install network-manager-pptp network-manager-vpnc network-manager-openvpn
reboot

No VPN tabs appear when I click on nm-applet. Only "manual configuration" shows up.

The issue has been observed previously. See
