Bug Description
Binary package hint: kde4libs
using wine, when we install µTorrent (www.utorrent.com), we get µTorrent.lnk and µTorrent.desktop on the desktop. But, the "µ" character is shown as ? mark on the desktop/filemanager (dolphin). We can't rename, move, delete, or trash the ?Torrent.desktop.
Expected behavior:
special characters/unicode characters should appear/work as regular text characters. thanks.

Works just fine in stock 9.04. Please also note that PPA upgrades, especially those that are from unstable releases, such as 4.2.95, are not supported to a degree other than installability.
My best guess is that your partition is mounted with non-standard arguments or using a non-standard format.
