mysql-server-5.1 does not include ndb (mysql-cluster)

The mysql-server-5.0 provided these, why doesn't the 5.1 version?

ndb has been disabled by the Debian maintainer as upstream started to release mysql cluster as a separate product (which should package separately).

mysql-server 5.1 (5.1.37-1ubuntu5) prints: MySQL-5.1 no longer provides NDB Cluster support. Please migrate to the new mysql-cluster package and remove all lines starting with "ndb" from all config files below /etc/mysql

There's no mysql-cluster package...
