Wind needs dropdown box for measurement suffix in Results GUI.

For events with Wind recorded, after the Wind text input, a dropdown should be available with m/s, km/h, and mi/h. Default should be m/s.

This means m/s should never need to be typed in for wind values.

Done with m/s being the default.

This works beautifully. But can I be anal get you to change:
kph => km/h
mph => mi/h

Actually I changed my mind. Keep mph, but change kph to km/h

I need to reopen this bug.

For DISTANCE Individual - Horizontal with Wind events, there is no text input box, and the Wind column in the results table is still editable

Also for TIME/DISTANCE Relay - Horizontal with Wind events, these changes have not been made at all.

I cannot access POINTS type events at this moment to test, but I assume they also need changing

We have not actually implemented POINTS events yet. Just getting ready to
when we do championships eventually.

DISTANCE Individual - Horizontal with Wind events have a Wind column in the table as each competitor gets a different wind reading. So no Wind input text box above the table is required.

Relay events do not have a wind reading, at least for DURATION events. For DISTANCE relays, eg Long Jump relay, once again, each competitor has their own wind reading in the wind column of the relay competitors table.

I believe this was fixed with other changes, or is not warranted in others.
