Bug Description

Binary package hint: qbzr

We should update qbzr to 0.11.0. This contains many new features, improvement, and bug fixes from the old version (0.9.2). The version of bzr in karmic (1.16) is not compatible with older versions of qbzr.

A few things:
 - can you please just add one new changelog to the current version in karmic?
 - use update-maintainer (ubuntu-dev-tools package) to follow http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebianMaintainerField
 - target karmic instead of jaunty?
 - add (LP: #393890) to debian/changelog to automatically close the bug on upload.

Ah sorry - I had most of those things. I just uploaded the wrong file. I'm new to packaging, and still trying to work out a usable filing structure.
