Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

on install when I tried to select "use entire disk" it fails and goes back to "install next to other OS" I want to wipe the old install which was also 9.04 but failed to boot after I tried to get suspend working. I proceeded with "next to other OS" option and this is when it failed and booted into desktop. Possibly problem with hardware I'm not sure, it is a 5 year old Laptop Gateway M275 "tablet notebook"
