log out -> reboot fails

Bug Description

having got to an xfce desktop, I go to log out, and select "reboot"; rather than doing so, it sends an alert box: "Unable to perform shutdown" "org.freedesktop.hal.power-management.reboot-multiple-sessions auth_admin <-- (action, result)" then sends me to the login screen

Howdy, and thank you for helping to improve Mythbuntu. Bug #359094 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xubuntu-meta/+bug/359094) suggests a possible work around for this issue.
