XFCE fails to shutdown/restart if there is a tty login

Bug Description
To reproduce, follow these steps:
1. After startup switch to tty (alt+F1..F4)
2. Login in tty.
3. Switch back to graphics.
4. Try to reboot/shutdown from XFCE menu. It will fail with a following message:
"org.freedeskto

I've had the same problem with last edge Mythbuntu while keeping it updated. .hal.power- management. reboot- multiple- sessions
(seems to be) Resolved doing from the console
sudo polkit-auth --user paolo --grant org.freedesktop
"paolo" is the user I use.
Change it accordingly.
