No, I'm sorry, no.

Please read the changelog and the relevant lines of debian/control to see who usually takes care about this package and where this is done. Now think about it: is it useful to do such work in Ubuntu at this point of the release cycle without even contacting me? It is just time waste for everyone. The package will be updated in Debian and synced from there. If you really want to help on this package, do it in Debian. Thanks.

Adrien, any progress on this bug report? Now that the DebianSyncFreeze is in action, and 3.2.6.1 wasn't and isn't in Debian, the only way to get it into Karmic is by packaging it for Ubuntu manually.

Adrien is dog in the manger, but it's not the place for teenage moods. I made a source package if Adrien won't update package in debian.

Oh, well. I just answered to your email and didn't see this.

I'm sorry but I don't know what "dog in the manger" means, even though I guess it's not very friendly. And I don't see how teenage moods are related to our matter.

Now let's make things clear. I'm not paid for working on Ubuntu or Debian, so I don't *have to* do Ubuntu/Debian work, and moreover, you don't have to tell me to do that work. The fact is that I currently lack of time for doing such work. I'm not preventing anyone from helping, but I'm saying that if you want to help, you should help in Debian and not waste your time and other people's time doing it here. I'm also saying that if you have changes for a package usually maintained by someone, contact that person first. For filezilla in Ubuntu, it means me; in Debian, it means either me or, if you have a problem with me, the other co-maintainer.

In any case, please stay polite, and I'd suggest you try to make useful contributions.

Arnaud: I guess you mean DebianImportFreeze. Then please read about what it is.
