ant should suggest JDK rather than recommend it

Binary package hint: ant
ant is used for various purposes and as a runtime dependency of several packages, including Eucalyptus.
ant currently recommends "default-jdk | java-compiler | java-sdk". By default this makes installing software depending on ant also install a JDK.
This is especially an issue with server packages, where installing a JDK also pulls all sorts of X libraries. It also makes it impossible to have software depending on ant on the Ubuntu Server CD.
As part of the server-
This will *not* affect package builds, since build daemons do not install recommends anyway.
This should not really affect users since users of "ant" usually install a JDK anyway...
