Duplicate albums in the collection tab

I'm using Exaile 0.2.99.2 in Ubuntu 9.04 32bits and in my collection tab Exaile sometimes show duplicate albums in various artists.
This happens since the install with no plugins enabled.
I don't use compiz.
In my exaile log I can't see anything that refers to that but if it's necessary I will upload it.
I'm uploading a screen capture that shows what I'm trying to explain.

This still happens. If I have an artist named "Foo Bar" and another named "Foo bar" in my tags (the same artist, but with different writings), they're duplicate and they all contain all the albums from "Foo Bar".

I think only "Foo Bar" should appear in the panel, and "Foo bar" shouldn't.

This happens to me too, but I think this is a totally different bug than albums showing up twice in the same artists' collection.

The bug you are talking about now is different from the initial report and is intended behavior for now.

This bug is fixed, but you guys are reporting a totally different bug
here in the comments.

If you are still having duplicates in the "Various Artists" section of
your collection, reopen this ticket. If you are seeing duplicates
like "Foo bar" and "Foo Bar", please open a new ticket, however, know
this, we've decided to display different case spellings as different
artists.

I'm using Exaile 3.0.1 version and the bug still happens.

Example: I have two diferent tags, Alice in Chains and Alice In Chains (notice that the "i" in the "in" is diferent) and in both folders it repeats each and every album/track title, but theres only on song with the artist tag "Alice In Chains".
