Serbian translation update for 0.47

Here is updated Serbian translation for 0.47 release.

As this is WIP update, I'll now attach only Serbian Cyrillic (sr.po), and after review I'll also add Serbian Latin (<email address hidden>).

Here is updated, but still WIP, Serbian Cyrillic (sr.po) and Serbian Latin (<email address hidden>), synced to Inkscape svn 21520.

I commited them in r21543. But please fix following markup error in your following udate:

Ups, sorry, bad script for transliteration (I forgot to remove some ISO pairs for UTF8 encoding).

Now, here is fixed <email address hidden> and also little more improved sr.po.

I'll stop minor updates until I finish 90% of translation and QA.

I think this is my final update for 0.47 release. Done 90% based on 0.47 pre1 source.
