Recommend only writer instead of all of openoffice

Binary package hint: bibus

The bibus package recommends openoffice.org but instead it should recommend just openoffice.org-writer, as this is the only program bibus is useful with.

Sorry for the delay, but now finally a new Debian version of bibus was uploaded to Debian unstable some hours ago. I created a sync-request bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/384345.
