Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Ever since I installed Hardy Heron, I haven't had audio at all. When I check the audio equipment, it's reported to be defect free. Any record of this situation?

Could you please give us some more information on what you have tried to do to play audio? Have you also either upgraded to jaunty or tried a fresh install of jaunty to see if the problem you are having still persists?

Sorry, I meant to submit the bug report to Ubuntu and had in mind a
different situation to report to Mozilla Firefox. I wound up
misreporting my audio problem, which should have gone to Ubuntu.
Apologies.

Firefox does not control your sound in or out of the browser. It uses
the set up you have.
