Please backport the version from Karmic to Jaunty

The version in Jaunty has a nasty bug (http://bugs.debian.org/517418), which makes the localized versions unusable, by messing up the translated strings' encoding. This is fixed in the Karmic version, so please, would it be possible to backport that?

In order to fix this, I have to apply locales_unicode patch (http://patch-tracking.debian.net/patch/series/view/webdeveloper/1.1.6+repack-4/locales_unicode). motu-sru, is that ok for you?
