Bug Description

With Karmic, the linux-restricted-modules package has gone away. It previously contained the broadcom 'wl' driver. Now that the driver has moved to it's own binary package, that package should be available on the 'on cd' archive allowing it to be installed from a live cd.

  add bcmwl-kernel-source to ship-live.
  linux-restricted-modules-* is no longer available in karmic, meaning no wifi
  support on the live cd for broadcom without this. (LP: #381686)
