Bug Description
Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
I'm using xfce4-panel on Xubuntu 9.04.
> apt-cache policy xfce4-panel
xfce4-panel:
Installed: 4.6.0-1ubuntu1
Candidate: 4.6.0-1ubuntu1
Version table:
*** 4.6.0-1ubuntu1 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
The panel displays Task List (left hand side) and Workspace Switcher (right hand side). If I create another task, it is added to the task list on the panel as an icon. The task list slowly extends towards Workspace Switcher. I would expect that the width of the icons in the task list on the panel would decrease as soon as all available space is used by Task List and a new task is added.
Instead, Task List pushes Workspace Switcher away to the right and the last task icon added is incomplete. If I add more tasks, Workspace Switcher disappears completely.

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here. Thanks for taking the time to make Xubuntu better!
