Bug Description
Applications using gksu/gksudo doesn't appears in foreground. Its window appears back to the other windows of the desktop, without the focus. I think the application window must appear in front of the other windows, as usual.
You can reproduce the bug simply trying to launch any program under System -> Administration.

More info: when I launch an application with gksu/gksudo from the terminal, I get:
$ gksudo disks-admin
(disks- admin:298 xW947) : GnomeUI-WARNING **: While connecting to session manager:
Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed.
If I launch the app without the gksudo, I don't get the error message.
