Binary package hint: ircd-hybrid
ircd-hybird conflicts with inspircd it should not
This is caused by hybrid's declaring a conflict with ircd which, as of etch is effectively a virtual package. Inspircd and ircd-hybrid share none of the same files meaning they can peacefully co-exist on the same system if one or the other is configured to listen on a different port or is bound to a different IP (a common situation for Ircops that have multiple network links running on the same box).
Here is a patch to fix that

- inspircd and ircd-ratbox are the only current ircds that
aren't explicitly conflicted with, and there are no file
