The website shown in the about dialogue at the moment is http://www.gnome.org/projects/nautilus. However, this is an old website and should be replaced by the new one; http://live.gnome.org/Nautilus

I think you mean that the new link should be http://live.gnome.org/Nautilus. Both links you quoted are the same. Anyway, I've reported it upstream now.
