i and can watch the 4 austrian channels on mux a but can't receive the 3 channels (puls 4, 3sat, ...) on mux b.

The Pinnacle 72e is a DVB-T device only (I have the same unit here!)

I think that there might be an issue with your driver setup. Does it
work with any other application under linux?

Did you compile any of the DVB utilities from source? if so, have you then since installed the DVB dependencies as well? as you may have duplication in this area (?) Could you also please try version 0.8.12

i use the readymade packages, did not compile or make any of the sw.

i got the 0.8.12 update, but no change.

when i scan with w_scan i get all 7 available channels.
and i can import the channels.conf file w_scan creates with the
-X option. but when i try to switch to one of the channels of
the austrian mux b, i always get the failed to lock channel message.
also no epc informtion is loaded.

when i scan the channels with the channel editor in me-tv, it only finds
the 4 mux a channels.

:-?

i updated to 0.8.13; no change noticed.

i tried xine. i used the same channels.conf file and could
receive the same channels like in me-tv. but when i switched to
the mux b channels (e.g. 3sat) xine freezes completely.

Ok, so this is not a Me TV issue, this seems to be a generic issue with your DVB setup,
