Bug Description

Running:
 * ubuntu jaunty 9.04 (2.6.28-11-server)
 * Radeon Open Source Drivers (xserver-xorg-video-ati 1:6.12.1-0ubuntu2 X.Org X server -- ATI display driver wrapper)
 * Radeon X1950 Pro (r570)

If I open the gnome-display-properties dialogue window, we're able to enable and disable the secondary/primary monitor. Whenever a change is made in the configuration (after pressing Apply) the "confirmation dialogue" box (http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/1039/82629207.png) does NOT jump to the foreground. It should. Instead it will almost always be at the very bottom of the window stack, buried behind all the other windows.

If this isn't noticed by the user, the 30 second timed delay will expire and the settings will be reverted.
