Print has offset on page

When printing, the page has an offset from the top-left corner.
See the attached picture: I draw a rectangle with its diagonals and printed the whole page to a dummy printer to produce a postscript file that's visible on the right.

This is a GTK+ bug:

Oops. It was a regression. 0.46 isn't affected by this bug.

It seems that this bug has come up again in 0.47, at least for rastered printing. See attached a sample svg, and two print-to-file pdfs, one for vector and one for raster output.

It seems that this can be fixed by changing the matrix in line 65 of print_offset_raster.pdf

@rubik-cube - I can reproduce your issue with Inkscape 0.47 r22853 on OS X 10.5.8. Still I believe it is a different bug than the one fixed in SVN rev. 22056 (the patch only affected printing on win32).
