Binary package hint: glade-3

Rebase on the Debian sid build. The debs produced replace the old glade/glade-3 packages.

thank you for your work there, the glade-gnome binary should conflicts,replaces glade-gnome-3 though since it has files which were there before

  * Merge from Debian experimental, remaining changes: LP: #372580
    - debian/patches/02_spinbutton-adjustment.patch:
    - debian/rules: Updated to have shlibdeps point to new version as a new
      symbol was added
    - debian/control: Conflict and replace glade-3 and glade-gnome-3
