Need instructions for wiki commands

When you click edit in a Wiki, the following instructions should appear above the editor: "You can create a new page by naming it and surrounding the name with ((double parentheses)). When you save the page, the contents of the parentheses will have a small + link next to it, which you can click to create a new page with that name." Compare to any wiki in live KARL (https://karl.soros.org/communities/greener-osi-u-s/wiki/index_html/edit.html).

I was actually just going to report this as a bug, but I see that it was already reported. This was marked Fix Released, but I'm not seeing this rolled out on KARL yet. Was it not released yet or is there something else going on?

This was marked as done in M13, meaning May. Thus, something went wrong. I'm re-opening it for next week's milestone and assigning to Chris. Should be very, very easy to fix.

The text had been added to the add form but not the edit form. Both forms have it now.
