PDF Hydro Québec text characters are distorted when bill (facture) is read with evince

Hydro Québec bill PDF shows scrambles characters when read with Evince

the letters Q, O, D q. o. d are particularly distorted
the numbers 6,7,9,0 are particularly funny looking, distorted

I can make out the bill, every month it is the same problem, not just one bill, it's always like this.

Hydro Québec web site is hydroquebec.com

basically the characters q, o , d and upper case as well, and numbers 6, 7 , 9 , 0 are distorted, other characters seem ok , may be other characters that are distorted. Appears to be constant in the entire document.

When read with other PDF versions such as from Adobe, it shows up normal.
