Soros.org headlines displays incorrectly

Bug Description

The feed on the homepage that displays Soros.org headlines should be titled "Soros.org Headlines", with a link at the bottom of the box that says "MORE SOROS.ORG HEADLINES". Additionally, each news item should be a simple link. Right now, each news item displays as a bulleted piece of content with an abstract of the story. This makes the box too large and requires scrolling to see this section. The Sors.org Healines box should replicate how it displays in live KARL.

As of today, this still appears incorrectly. It should read SOROS.ORG HEADLINES rather than Open Society Institute and Soros Foundation Network. The text to the 'More' items should be updated as well.

Right, this is marked as "Fix Committed" but isn't "Fix Released"
because we haven't installed it.
