Bug Description

ubuntu-desktop is partially not installable on ia64 or hppa because neither of these architectures supports usplash. Please merge the attached branches and then refresh ubuntu-meta.

I don't think this should be fixed in the seeds - germinate is supposed to filter out nonexistent packages from the dependencies.

I've removed usplash-theme-ubuntu binaries from the archive on hppa and ia64.

This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-meta - 1.141
