Bug Description
Seems to be the same problem as has always affected this printer, although some progress seems to have been made. In Jaunty the printer is immediately recognized when plugged in and I am asked if I want to download and install some plugin. However, nothing happens after I click install, the dialogue simply disappears.
The printer can still be made to function manually:
1) $ sudo apt-get install hplip-gui
2) Remove the printer via http://
3) Install the printer with
"$ hp-setup
4) Run the HPLIP toolbox in Admin or Settings menu
5) Go to the actions tab for your printer and "Download Firmware"

Correction, while the above procedure will install the printer, it doesn't print correctly. Text is not positioned correctly on the pages! I'll post this as a separate bug...
