Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

After upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04, when i try to start gnome-terminal, i see alert "Error occured on creating of child process for this terminal" (may be little bit differ, i run russian locale) and gnome-terminal still running, but there is NO command line, just cursor and he's not responding to key events :(
So, i have to connect to 127.0.0.1 via SSH (PyTTY) to run any command :((((( but it's not a solution when need start any GUI application, for example..

Thanks for attention, and sorry for my english
