fontconfig can't show CJK font family name!

Usually font names under windows will show in both english and chinese.
just like:
SimSun.ttf will have the family name "SimSun" and "宋体"

but on linux the SimSun.ttf will only show the family name "SimSun"

i found 2 patches for this problem.i hope you can apply them.

upstream has a patch like this.
i mean in fontconfig 2.3.94 CJK font name can be show
but that's another patch!!!

fontconfig 2.3.94 has this patch,why can't you add it to the "APT"??

Get following error:

What version of Windows are you running? Windows XP only shows the localised typeface name. This is the same as Ubuntu 7.10.
