Bug Description
Binary package hint: lcdproc
During S3 suspend LCDd should be stopped and restarted on resume.
This has two possitive effects:
1) the display is dark indicating the computer is asleep
2) you can unloasd the modules responsible for LCD device (they sometimes don't play well with suspend/resume)
Attached is a proposed simple script which stops LCDd on suspend and restarts it on resume. It should be installed as /usr/lib/
